RETURNS POLICY

What Is Our Return Policy?

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a store credit or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:

  • Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.

  • A defective item is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Some products at Timber & Gas Grill Supply are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Gift Cards

  • Consumable goods

  • Food products

  • Special order goods and specific application items

  • Clearance, final sale or AS-IS merchandise
